African Textile Alliance™ is operated by Institute of African Textile, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
By submitting information to the African Textile Alliance™, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to submit it, and that you will keep it current. Submission of information does not create membership, directory participation, verification, partnership, employment, or any other relationship with the Alliance.
The Alliance may review, verify, request additional documentation for, accept, decline, suspend, or remove any submission, listing, membership, or verification at its discretion and in accordance with its applicable requirements.

Information submitted through this website is collected and used to review applications, administer the waiting list, communicate about Alliance programs, and operate membership, directory, sourcing, exchange, and verification processes. Information is stored securely and is not sold. Information is shared only as necessary to operate these processes, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent. Materials you upload are used solely to review and evaluate your submission unless you provide written permission for another use. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting the African Textile Alliance™.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payments made for memberships, applications, review fees, verification, sourcing services, promotional services, programs, events, education, sponsorships, and other paid services are governed by the Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

African Textile Alliance™ is a program and professional platform operated by Institute of African Textile, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific service, program, or transaction.
For contractual, payment, legal, privacy, administrative, and operational purposes, references to “African Textile Alliance™,” “ATA,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms and related policies refer to Institute of African Textile, LLC, as applicable to the service being provided.
